The Basics: Medical, Dental, Vision
As an employer the Health Insurance companies expect you to cover half of the cost of your least expensive plan for each employee.
In other words, you can offer a Bronze plan with a high deductible as your base plan and offer to pay 50% of the employee only cost, then allow your employees to buy up to a silver or gold plan with a lower copay or deductible, you pay the same amount no matter which plan they choose and they cover the difference.
Pair these offerings with voluntary Dental and Vision. Your employees will be pleased without YOU breaking the bank!

Start with a Gold base plan and let them buy up to Platinum. Offer a free low option Dental plan with a buy up high option and a free vision plan.
Show your employees you care by covering their income with Life and Disability. Buy up to $25,000 in life insurance for just a few dollars a month. Employees can opt to buy additional Voluntary Life Insurance.
